Having 6.5" wrists, I'm apparently meant to have a 29" waist......that's definitely not going to happen anytime soon lol. I'm a 37" (awkward number) right now, and at my lowest have been a 34/5"

When I measure waist, I'm talking just below my hip bones. I keep getting told your "waist" is in different places by different people.

Traditionally, I think your "waist" is meant to be the space between your floating ribs and your hips (so pretty much around belly button level), but no one wears their trousers that high anymore lol.

Going by the "traditional" concept of a waist then, my waist is 35" currently.

Still, achieving and maintaining a 29" waist seems extremely unlikely, as my bones just wont allow it, and i'm not too bothered about getting under 30". I'd probably die. A 34-36" is fine for me.

While what you're saying is basically true if you're going to use your own definition of waist size then the advise and comparisons to others that use a different standard are going to be waaaay off.

Everything was spot on for me except waist and hips (and my biceps and calves were a little bigger, so yay).
