homastj saidcan I just say how weird it is how high quality these pics are? are the paparazzi getting better cameras or what because this looks almost staged?

I'll agree that the pics look high quality but that moment between the two guys doesn't appear to be staged. They look rather intimate. Maybe a good camera doesn't cost as much as it used to?

Yeah, they can get some ridiculously good photos from very far away. I was working on a movie set this summer and the paparazzi were taking pictures from so far away there was no way to see them without high powered binoculars. So I'm not surprised they got this.

I would wonder more why the two guys were so out in the open-that seems rather strange to me. If the guy is cheating, you wouldn't expect him out in the open like that. Who knows...

If they aren't exclusive, though, it does make me sad, though, as someone else said. I mean they're free to do what they'd like, but I worry that it would stoke the fire of the negative image of gay people that some people have.

Once you decide to plunge yourself on national tv you're plagued with perpetual exposure of all types. That is something all celebs must exchange..

PS.... that is some serious making out. Doesn't look like the stuff "flings" are made of.....that looks like LOVE.

Anderson and Benjamin should hire the photographer for their upcoming wedding.

I think the pix look too artsy. Composed, framed. What paparazzo gets that angle in tall grass without the people noticing?

It's weird that gossips know that much detail about ACs sexual habits. Bizarre. icon_neutral.gificon_confused.gif

    MUST ?

Really? There is something seriously fucked up with that.

Aren't many people already somehow enriched by the work they do? Isn't that enough "value" for us?

Why should anyone be ENTITLED to anything more?

NO! If celebs and tv personalities don't want their life displayed to the world before, during, or post stardom then they should think twice about becoming a celeb. It comes with the job....

If a doctor doesn't want to work long hours during his residency then he should not become a doctor....

If a teacher doesn't want to work outside school hours then he should not become a teacher....

If a preacher doesn't want to live his life according to his principles then he should not become a preacher...

If a chemical plant painter doesn't want to be exposed to harmful by-products then he should not become a chemical plant painter...

If a gymnast doesn't want injuries then he should not become a gymnast...

If an actor doesn't want to appear on the big screen then he should not become an actor....

eb925guy saidI find it interesting that all you guys who make it very known that you don't care, cared enough to share that! HA! Yes, it it personal and yes, it is their business but when you're in the celebrity crowd it does become a news event whether you like it or not!

I hope it is a bit of an open relationship, something many heterosexual don't fully understand but I believe wish they had!

So say the courts in their continuing expansion of what constitutes free speech.

Someone really has to fight back for what is decent. These types of invasions must stop.

Is this what living in the home of the free is about? Is this what our country has come to stand FOR ?

    Disgusting.

So you'd feel better if the courts sought to contract and limit what constitutes free speech?

There is a balance to the right to free speech granted by the Constitution, the right to privacy and the respect of man's inherent natural rights with which they are born. "... among these which include the right to life and the pursuit of happiness". (something to that effect) Those rights aren't GIVEN by the Constitution, but are recognized.... including all the natural rights we are born with that are not specified in the Constitution.

Free speech is to ensure there is a free flow of ideas for the greater good. I don't see any particular free flow of ideas by permitting privacy invasions such as this... but I DO see invasion of one's privacy. For someone to take this photo and publish it subjects those people to humiliation and ridicule.

Yes... the courts should contract what constitutes free speech and reset the much needed balance.

These were pictures taken in a public park, not in someone's private home or a hotel room. There really can't be an expectation of privacy.

There would be more people to "share ideas" and generally benefit society if we didn't force people to make such ridiculous choices. One should NEVER be EXPECTED to give up their right to privacy.

If... for instance... if you witnessed a shooting of a public official... or even took the goodwill action TO BLOCK the bullet.... YOUR LIFE (under court decisions) would be an OPEN BOOK to the public. They could disclose that you are GAY... they can disclose ANYTHING about YOU.... YOU !

    Did you know that?

I bet you would suddenly be in favor of protecting privacy rights.

The only reason I would worry about that is if I had something to hide...

Based on the history of truth in American media, this sounds like some kind of publicity stunt or something, for whatever reason, lol

Earlier yesterday I kissed a couple of guys we know, right in front of my husband. He kissed them in greeting, too. If someone had photographed us and published the pics (unlikely since we're not celebrities) you could get the erroneous impression that we're cheating on each other.

So I'm not persuaded by pics of AC's BF kissing a guy. Was AC there too, cropped out of the shot? And when were these shots taken? Years ago? Who's the other guy? An old friend, perhaps an ex?

Maybe there's a story here, maybe not. But I won't be stampeded by supermarket tabloid evidence. icon_razz.gif

The Huff Post article on this story does say that it is not known when these pictures were taken. Also, as others have said these don't exactly look like typical papparazi photos.

I don't really get why this is being tied to his new out-and-proud gay identity. this kind of shit happens to straight celebs all the time. lots of (straight) celeb relationships have broken up from the media outing a cheating spouse.

the media seem especially interested in AC's bf because he's kind of an interesting figure himself... I don't really think the gay factor is playing a huge role in this. before everyone just talked about rumors he was gay anyway, now they just talk about him being gay - what's the difference?
