I have a friend who would always put this "energy" out into the universe about the type of guy that she wanted.. did it since she was 19. She always wrote it out and put it in fires to be sent wherever.. She would pray about it.. Wish on stars.. and even would make a wish everytime we happened to see this one jet black squirrel that seemed to be following us around for years, however only appeared about 5 times. Saw one (it) in the park, at apartment sitting on window ledge, on top of a snow man one winter, etc. She did all kinds of things. The guy had to be 5'10", muscular, bronze skin, hazel eyes, black curley hair, trilingual, business owner, no children, named Roberto, Javier, or Fabiano.. and must be Venezuelan. (she had more, but that's what i remember for sure.) Had to be this.. look like that.. and have this and that etc. She would get teary eyed sometimes when she was describing him and thinking of this person she had in her head. Anyhow, fast foward 9 years.. She's in a Relationship of 2 yrs.. (seemingly settling before she gets to an age that no man will want her, which i don't think ever should happen..) She told her boyfriend that she couldn't love him the way that he deserved to be loved because she is in love with someone else (that ideal guy). He knew about this and after much madness, they split. The following year, a couple of us went to Rio for Carnaval.. the 3rd day, she and I are sitting out having lunch and I see this guy crossing the street and I instantly see that he has the hair, the skin, and the muscles. I tell her to "look look look".. When she sees him she just starts saying omg omg omg omg and freaking out (lady like though). He walks into the spot to buy a meal. He comes out and sits directly behind her but facing me. I see that he has light eyes and when the light caught them i noticed that they were indeed hazel eyes. TOO weird but very exciting. She was so shook that she couldnt even turn to look at him. I refuse to hear about this guy for the rest of my life and refused to hear about her never knowing if it is him. So, I got up and excused myself.. (while she says no no not yet) and asked him was he eating alone. He said "uhh.. yes" (no time to explain why i asked so i said that my friend thought it would be nice to invite you to eat with us.. (all of this in portuguese). I asked him would he be interested.. and I looked at her (bugged my eyes @ her as to say YOU BETTER GET ON IT) and she smiled and said yes join us. So he says ok. Anyhow, we introduce ourselves.. and his name is what.. ROBERTO (but we were speaking in portuguese so he pronounced it with an H sound.) so we're talking talking talking.. and basically getting down to business.. seeing if he has the qualities etc (through conversation of course.) He had them ALL except ONE (we thought.) He said he lives in Brazil... but then continued and said that he moved there when he was 5. So I asked where did he move from? What does he say.. VENEZUELA! My friend and i both just start saying i cant believe this.. this is crazy.. omg.. etc.. (and im sure he thought we were crazy at that point.. like why so happy about Venezuela.)
(The Chase)
Anyhow, the dude ended up having everything that she wanted (including owning his own tourism business and a car repair business.) So to just wrap this up, and make a really long story kind of long.. He hung out with us the rest of the trip.. they fell in love.. we returned to the US.. she laughed, smiled, cried, hugged and thanked me the whole way.. and after about 1 year (of skyping and visiting each other in US & Brazil) she moved to Brazil and is now married with him. It took years, but I think that had to be super natural/divine intervention. -

That's the whole point behind quantum physics, and why I used it.
I don't understand in. Most physicists don't even understand it (though they CAN work out the calculations).
I still refuse to call it "super" natural, because it's absolutely possible within the realm of human understanding once the calculations can be tested over the next few decades.

I got chills when I read your post hou2jax. I had a similar experience soon after my Mom's aunt died. I was laying in my bed when she appeared in front of me. She said to me, 'I'm fine and I'm leaving now'. She had a smile on her face. It was the most peaceful feeling I had ever experienced. Then she just disappeared. -

I could care less about immigrants. Tucson has a shitload of outdoor stuff, like way more than Phoenix. Since I got the bicycle, I've abandoned bars completely. Now I ride all the time when I wanna do something. -

My mother would wake me up, and then I would fall back asleep again. Frustrated, she yelled out my name and the phrase "WAKE UP!!", which immediately made me sit up. He has a very loud voice. This was a regular occurrence.
To this day, I still have trouble getting up in the morning. Every now and then, I swear to god I hear my mother's yell at me to get up, and my eyes are wide open and I sit up in a sudden fashion. Now here's the creepy part, my mother is alive and well. Is relatively healthy and we speak regularly. It has happened several times, and kinda creeps me out. -

Aug 19, 2012 3:42 AM GMTwhen i was a kid - i was in fourth grade so i was either 9 or 10 - i spent a summer at my grandparent's house in massachusett's and my grandmother sent me down to the basement to get the laundry out of the dryer for her. well i had only been down there a few times before and it had been a while since i last did so i wasn't really that familiar with the lay out, so i got a little turned around (it was a big basement).
as i was getting reoriented and finding my way back, i remember very vividly and distinctly hearing a voice softly whisper "this way," needless to say i got pretty freaked out and started running. then i felt something grab on hold of my right shoulder from behind me and pull me back towards them.
i never told my grandparents or anyone else about it for several years until after my grandfather had passed away (he was really superstitious so i didn't want to upset him), and my grandmother and other family members said that similar other events have happened throughout the years and that someone who lived in the house before my grandparents died there so it is still probably haunted by their spirit.
so yeah, i do believe in the supernatural.
