I did read what you wrote. And you made some claim that Obama has something to do with the terms of service of Microsoft. Just because Bill Gates is a donor, does not mean Obama is writing the company's terms of service or prohibited uses. He's not.

Your constitutional right to freedom of speech has nothing to do with private businesses. Microsoft can throw you off their Hotmail, Live, or Outlook email services and they are not violating your constitutional rights. This site, Facebook, or Google+ can throw you off their sites for the things you say on their sites- it's their private property and you are a guest just as if you are in a brick and mortar store- Best Buy, Target, and Walmart can throw you out their stores for the things you say and your first amendment rights are not being violated.

How? Please explain to me how a private business is violating your first amendment rights? Can you do that?

    Are you really that ignorant?

The first amendment has nothing to do with private businesses, only the government.

THERE IS NOTHING ILLEGAL ABOUT BEING THROWN OFF A WEB SITE FOR THE WORDS YOU USE! IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

Prove your point? Are you serious?

Well goodbye, but since we all know you are still looking- here is some more about the first amendment:

Does the First Amendment apply to private companies and organizations?
No. The First Amendment applies to the government — to protect individuals from government censorship. While the text of the First Amendment says “Congress shall make no law … abridging the freedom of speech,” it means that no federal, state or local government official can infringe on your free-speech rights. A private company is not a government or state and therefore generally is not subject to the requirements of the First Amendment.

Let us be clear here. The Constitution says that, ‘Congress shall make no law...’ That is, there will be no PUBLIC law denying people free speech. But what about the PRIVATE law? The Constitution does not say that employers cannot deny workers freedom of speech and assembly. The Constitution speaks to what the CONGRESS will not do; it does not speak to what PEOPLE WHO OWN PROPERTY will not do.

Art_Deco saidPrivately-owned online services are not governed by the US Constitution with regard to freedom of speech issues. President Obama is not a member of Microsoft management. The OP's contention that this has anything to do with Obama is laughable in the extreme.

    "Is this Hope and Change?"

No, but I hope YOU can change. icon_rolleyes.gif

Oh but with President Reagan America also had Bob Hope and Johnny Cash, now after three years of Obama there is not hope or any cash either; so much for Obama's hope and change.
