Catfish, everybody acknowledges that Firebrand did you dirt. And I think the admins were caught offguard by such an outrageous act. But you led the way with your protesting so that the next time Firebrand was booted pronto. You've been totally vindicated. You should bask in the glow that you're here and he isn't. I just watched the video clip. It's a piece of crap. WTF is the matter with people reacting to a movie by murdering others? It's disgraceful.

TM's racial remarks seem out of character but to me are nevertheless reprehensible.

But just below that level, the bickering and invective in which many of you regularly join in is almost as bad. I for one am sick sick sick of it. It is not one "side" or the other, either. Shame on you all. It makes it almost impossible for anyone other than the few of you who frequent the News & Politics forum to come here and have anything to say.

Typical that when you disagree with someone you think that the best response is to shout them out or tell them to shut up. That's why few people have any respect for you. They may have respect for what you claim to have been but that's clearly limited by your immature and often incoherent rants that you bestow us with.
I took YOU to task.. NOT todd, however he had to butt his rear into this with his first post.. You gonna defend him? Fine, too bad you dont know HOW to do that in the 'real world'.. Go eat your rice.

    Wow - that's a pretty racist remark.

I saw your few new posts. I find it suspicious that a new member would weigh in like this on an long-standing intra-board squabble after just a few one or two sentence posts in other forums. If you're SB, get real and I will be watching as I'm sick sick sick of the disruptive sock accounts also. If not, well, you might consider staying out of this snake pit. Intelligent discourse is generally not welcomed.

This is not about firebrand. Its about CJAZ lies and hypocrisy.

I find it really pathetic that CJAZ had to keep referring to my physicality. It's cruel...it makes CJAZ look like an asshole...and I don't think CJAZ want us calling him names based on his physicality. It's one thing to disagree among others based on political opinions or what not -- and that makes for healthy debate -- but what do you think you're gaining by insulting someone's looks? It's really mean-spirited and hurtful. I respectfully ask CJAZ for an apology.

CJAZ, Firebrand never should have posted those pics. Nobody here should have seen them. Catfish was rightfully offended by everything to do with that episode. Whether it be the postings, remarks, or lack of immediate action by the Admins. Sometimes however we are not aware of the full magnitude of what is happening as it is occurring. In hindsight, would you apologize for remarks that came across as very hurtful to Catfish? It would be nice to have closure for Catfish and all of us with everything involved with Firebrand's ugly incident.

Excuse me? You've done that many times. Didn't you accuse me of photoshopping my pics and wearing mascara yesterday? LOL! Admittedly, I got a chuckle out of that, but really? As for your pictures, YOU are the one that brought it up. Regardless, in the interest of a more friendly peaceful and respectful place here at RJ, I would like to sincerely apologize for any negative comments I made towards your photos. It was wrong of Firebrand to post them, and I certainly didn't make things any better by the "Mac Truck" comments. I truly am sorry if they were hurtful. If it will make you feel any better, I'll stop trying to pray away the gay now icon_wink.gif No, seriously, and sincerely, I do apologize for the comments, and it won't happen again.

No i was merely pointing out your hypocrisy because if you replace me with Socal and his saggy tits, you generate your pathetic pleas for certain people to stop commenting regarding his physical appearance.

But thank you for the apology. I accept

Cool. Now, in the interest of a more friendly and respectful environment around here, I really think EVERYBODY should refrain from personal attacks on another members physicality. I didn't really think the "saggy tits" comment was necessary in your acceptance, but hopefully it will be the last time we have to see that posted here.

Not to prolonged the debate. But i dont think attacks on physical appearance are off limits. We are all big boys here. Now violations of TOU, blantant lies, and the hypocrisy should stop. Just my 2 cents.

Ahhhhh, I get it. So I'm asked to offer an apology, as I willingly did (Who knew you were so damn sensitive?) but YOU think attacking people on their physicality is okay. Really? I actually expected you to come back with an apology of your own, or perhaps at least agree to stop personal attacks on the physicality of others in the interest of goodwill here at RJ --- guess I gave you too much credit and probably should have known better. I kind of think that speaks volumes about your character, or lack thereof, and that's all I have left to say about all of this.

Im not sensitive about my appearance. Attack away CJAZ. Its abiut your hypocrisy. You sent out a plea for posters to stop commenting on socal saggy tits because it was cruel and damaging. But, you dont hold the same standard for yourself as evidenced by yiur attacks on me. Very hypocritical. But thanks for recognizing this an offering the apology.

So as it turns out, the Obama Administration knew all along that this attack was a terrorist attack from the beginning but instead chose to blame it a filmmaker who still sits in prison:

There were 12 attacks on US diplomatic missions (all post-9/11) during Bush's tenure, in which a total of 20 Americans were killed. I don't recall any politician trying to score points off any of those attacks.

From the President's speech the day after the Benghazi attack:

"Of course, yesterday was already a painful day for our nation as we marked the solemn memory of the 9/11 attacks. We mourned with the families who were lost on that day. I visited the graves of troops who made the ultimate sacrifice in Iraq and Afghanistan at the hallowed grounds of Arlington Cemetery, and had the opportunity to say thank you and visit some of our wounded warriors at Walter Reed. And then last night, we learned the news of this attack in Benghazi.

As Americans, let us never, ever forget that our freedom is only sustained because there are people who are willing to fight for it, to stand up for it, and in some cases, lay down their lives for it. Our country is only as strong as the character of our people and the service of those both civilian and military who represent us around the globe.

No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character, or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for. Today we mourn four more Americans who represent the very best of the United States of America. We will not waver in our commitment to see that justice is done for this terrible act. And make no mistake, justice will be done."

He mentions 9/11 in the same speech and denounces acts of terror. No deception there.
