OK so it sounds stupid but we train hard in the gym to have a perfect bod so why not workout the ole cockoroo? I have heard of the jelquing(or whatever it's called) and flexing your penor urinary tract but do they actually work? If you have tried feel free to comment. I fear not to go where others are scared to go hahaha! For real I may just do an a test and name my starting points then give weekly updates. Anyone down with that?
