Hey, guys...I'm looking for any advice/help with trimming my wiastline.
I currently have about a 34" and would love to rip-it-down to 30-31"!
I'm religious about my cardio, (6 times a week 40 mins each), determined with my weight training, (6 days a week, 90 minutes), watch my dietary intake, (5 meals...protien, minimal carb, veggies).
I'm trying to achieve that fantastic "V" look that is so impressive in the gym and at the beach!
Any suggestions/modifiactions to the daily routine? exercises? nutrients? increase cardio?
Any ideas are welcome!
