last week injured/pulled something in my upper thigh / groin area... don't think it's a groin pull... it's a bit to the left on the thigh... it hurts when i raise my leg so i've been resting and icing it... anyway... i've been injured before with slight problems and i always heal up...

it's already starting to heal... might try back to gym next week... take it easy and stuff...

but the downtime right now drives me crazy... i normally would go to the gym a few hours a day... if i get bored late at night i might go for a run... none of that right now...

i have access to netflix and hbo and hulu and there's still nothing to watch.

i want to just eat but that combined with no gym and i will fatten up like a thanksgiving turkey

    what do you guys do?

It's a target-rich environment around here. Probably right now I'd catch up on work in the greenhouse and read a few extra books. But don't rush it.

I pulled something in my upper arm a few weekends ago. Instead of resting, I "went light" on arms day, then proceeded to finish building and hanging some cabinets in the shop. By thursday, my whole arm was a useless column of pain. Like, lay on the couch and don't get up pain. Take ibuprofen and make a bunch of stupid posts on RJ pain. Dammit.

It took two weeks to recover where it might have only been a few days in the first place.
