Hey guys, Im seeking some advice. Im 6'5, 147, and ectomorph and i was wondering what things youd recommend eating to gain. What are some good supplements i can take. Im trying to get to 180-190 area. And do you think the strength foundation is a good idea. i dont really excercise so i was thinking of trying it but i see that it has a cardio and i dont know if that would be counter productive to my weight gaining considering my body type and high metabolism
