calibro saidwhichever one knows how to spell "would" correctly (as well as the difference between "who" and "whom")
Wow, didn't know we were in English 101....
lord have mercy on your degree if they were teaching you spelling in college
I notice you have yet to capitalize the first word of any of your sentences, nor do you feel the need to use proper punctuation. Just saying.
punctuation comes and goes in my responses. if i have multiple phrases and clauses that require separation, or if the syntactical unit requires punctuation, e.g. an apostrophe, i'll use punctuation. as for capitalization, there's actually a wonderful history involving the aesthetic reasons for not doing so. w.s. merwin has given some of the best work on the matter. essentially, there's great mastery of the word if you utilize capitalization in appropriate contexts rather than ascribe to blanket convention as the difference between punctuation and capitalization is that the former has a greater role in the syntax; capitalization usually doesn't. and for the record, i've taught english 101 for a good four years now. this right here is what i call a day two discussion. basic.
