It validated most of my fitness program and my trainer since I was able to handle the "floor" actually, really wet grass, drills that the guys at diakadibody put us though but I was dead last in the cardio stuff.

Bottom line, the body is amazing adaptive and responds to training even at my age. The thing i need to figure out is how to dial in some cardio (other than biking which did not prepare me for this boot camp at all ) and try to maintain my weigt which at the present is still at least 7 lbs short of where i want to be.
