Ok so I have been good at keeping a fairly regular pattern of weights and cardio, both a mix of HIIT and longer slower non-impact stuff, to drop weight while getting my muscle built back up for the last several months. I've dropped over 20 lbs and gotten my bench back up to a decent level, energy up, look and feel better etc.
I hadn't been having any issues (which is good with a screwed up knee since high school) unless I skipped or rearranged a bit too much because of work, mostly muscle soreness and easy to deal with rest water and sometimes dropping sets or rotating days around to reset my schedule.
And then I started seeing my new beau. And we have fun together. A lot. Very active fun.
Now I'm starting to notice a bit of soreness and less endurance in my right hip/leg socket. It does go down with extra rest, but considering it's my hip it's pretty hard to just give it a real time off period. Although I am at a desk job all day
So any suggestions on how to treat this a bit better and any exercises to start back on to keep it from becoming sore again? I don't want to wear out in any of the activities I want to do...
Thanks!
