I never said I'm not vain, but you've had an elitist attitude before regarding people who are overweight. I don't know what thread it was in so I wouldn't be able to find it. It was a few months ago though.

McQueen saidThis implies that if you're exercising and eating right you don't have to be a gym rat and have a "perfect" body to be healthy...

Isn't this obvious to almost everybody? Most people know that maintaining the unnaturally low bodyfat levels of "perfect" bodies isn't necessarily healthy, it's a "look," but a "near-perfect" body is almost always an outcome of being healthy and living a healthy lifestyle.

McQueen said...but it seems like some people are under the impression that you have to be physically flawless or else you're going to have health problems, which just isn't true.

Given all the steroid accusations and side effect warnings aimed at almost anyone with a hard-won muscular body, don't most people actually assume that pursuing physical perfection will lead to health problems?

    Do they though?

I think I've heard that point brought up like once.... I think it might have been something to do with athletes having shorter careers because they get injured or something? Maybe they have shorter lives? I can't remember.

You go to all this effort to get back at something someone said on a forum...

    May I suggest a hobby?

Sounds like the OP just wants an excuse to stay fat.

Sucks to be him. I enjoy being lean and hot, and enjoy the works it takes to keep it.

He can sit on his couch with a remote and Bon Bons for all I care. It ain't like I'd do him with his piss poor attitude even if he were Adonis reborn.

And as for me, well, as a diabetic, I know that my work in the gym and the kitchen and the bedrom (adequate rest) helps keep my condition manageable with minimal medicine.

Yeah, walking alone would help, but not to the point where I was able almost two years ago to eliminate 50% of my diabetic medicine.

Besides, I am not good at team sports, but I ae found good success in the gym.

Not hatn; on you, OP, just explaining why for me the regular gym work is important.

I've answered your question, so please answer mine. Why do feel it's acceptable to be so judgmental? You do realize that there's a difference between being blunt and just being an asshole, right?

Andru is just kind of a bitch like that... He's kind of like a fly. You just kind of shoo him away. I think we all already know everything in moderation is best but if you enjoy what you are doing... that's making you happy so.. keep doing it.

I'm sure there are some exceptions, but generally I've found that people who are soooo wrapped up about their body are irritatingly conceited and/or equally insecure.

No honey, that's the thing between your legs that you mistakenly identified as penis... something that small is known as a clit. Now, build a bridge and get over the feelings already... It's a new fucking year and you're trollin' over shit from months ago? You're not a "queen" case you're fierce, fly, and fabulous... (well wait a "mosca" you are). Save the drama for the Academy and even then... I think the only "oscar" you'll ever have will be the green guy living in the garbage can. Even then, I give his ass more credit than that. Seriously though...

I'm still waiting for an answer to my question to you. You've replied to a ton of other people, but not me. Let me ask it again:

Why do feel it's acceptable to be so judgmental? You do realize that there's a difference between being blunt and just being an asshole, right?

I imagine the OP is the same time of person likes to go around and start drama with all of their groups of friends and then hop on facebook and post a status about how they are so over all this drama and don't need dramatic people in their life anymore.

Of course that would assume that the OP actually had "groups of friends" that hadn't kicked his bitchy, annoying, judgmental ass to the curb years ago and thus the reason he hangs out on online forums trolling and trashing people that enjoy going to the gym.
