Hey all, I was just wondering if i could get some advice about types of workouts for soccer players... I am currently a condition coach for a HIgh School in my hometown and i'm trying to figure out the best type of workout that I could use to get my athletes in good enough shape so that when the regular coach comes he wont have to condition them and he can focus more on skill type stuff. It is just body weight type excises and cardio. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks
