Hey guys, seeking some second opinions on some things. I've recently been able to set my schedule where I can go to the gym frequently and actually see some results over time. I started drinking a red bull a bit before lifting to try and get as much as i can out of my workouts. Im wondering if theres something better, or, more importantly, cheaper... Im a broke college student and eating healthy is expensive enough as it is.
I've looked at some cheap preworkout supplements, energy drinks, caffeine pills... and Im wondering what the take is of you wonderful buff RJers. I'd love some suggestions and opinions icon_smile.gif
