Is anybody else using this book for nutrition?

It is an amazing book! It is essentially a cookbook where you pick out your breakfast, lunch, dinner, two mid-meal snacks, and a dessert.

I'm probably consuming 2300 calories a day but I have really leaned up using it. This book is great for anyone who needs everything perfectly spelled out. There are even pictures of the products that you need to buy with the recipes.

This is the first meal plan that I can really see myself doing for the rest of my life and being exceedingly satisfied.
