Well, dammit, injuries suck. I've been having some shoulder trouble, and my PT--who was treating my sprained ankle--tells me that it's from too much weight, too often, and told me to lay off of shoulder presses for awhile. Problem is that it affects my back, bi/tri, and chest workouts. I'm looking for ways to still train hard without irritating that joint any further. Anyone else have the same problem? Any advice?
