Is it better to work out in the morning (615am) or evening (830pm)...these are the times i am available to get to the gym...

I wanna go in the AM, but I read that your muscles are still cold and not ready to work out yet....that AM workouts are better to do Cardio and fat burning....Whereas Evening workouts your muscles are warm and is better for gaining muscle mass, However, I woule be going to sleep about 1 1/2 hours after my workout...

    Any Suggestions would be Great!!!!

I do both morning and evening workouts, and as far as I'm concerned it's a myth that muscles aren't ready for a workout in the morning. Provided that you have gotten enough sleep before heading out to the gym early, you should not see any difference. I also like early morning workouts because I have the gym to myself for the most part. The same goes for running. I love early morning runs during the hot months. Early morning runs also give me the opportunity to get in a second run in the evening. If you have good nutrition, plenty of rest, and are motivated, early morning workouts are a good way to get the day started

If you want to work out in the morning... go 'head
just warm the muscles up and stretch out a little bit beforehand
