So I tried this workout last I am in pretty decent shape if I say so myself....and this workout KICKED MY ASS! I can't wait for the whole thing to be posted. Give day one a shot - its damn fun, varied, and challenging enough to keep your interest...and also all the other guys will ask you 'how you got that pump' haha.

At the very least, try the ab portion - back to back, 30 seconds of rest. Intense.
