I've been seeing a PT 3x a week for about a year now, but I'm going to start working out on my own, and going to start keeping my own personal records for my work-outs (economic times and all, need to cut back on expenses). So far my work-out records have been all written down on paper, which was ok when I had my trainer walking around holding his clipboard, but when I'm on my own I don't want to be carrying papers around with me. I'd like to see if there's an App I could load on my iPod that I could use to keep track of my exercise program so I wouldn't have to fiddle around with pieces of paper, or run the risk of forgetting the one I need at home. Has anyone tried one of these programs, and have a recommendation?
