I really like this program a lot and I have run it once a year for the past 2 years, each time I saw a pretty dramatic increase in strength. The first time I did it my squat and deadlift went up by about 40 pounds each and my bench went up by about 25. Sadly the second time didn't see such great leaps but diminishing returns blah blah. If you stick to it until you really stop seeing gains you will be pleased with how much strength you gain.
I also noticed my chest and legs getting noticeably larger, but the strength was really what I was after. Good luck with it.
