Photography is a hobby of mine. Though the subjects you listed aren't of particular focus to me.
I'm a bit disturbed by the term voyuer. There are times you take photos of other subjects or objects and there are peripheral subjects in the background not aware they were caught on film. But that word connotes the taboo practice of actively photographing a principal subject(s) without their knowledge/permission, usually in an intimate setting. In most states this is illegal. But if you're already keen on doing it, you probably already know this.
I would suggest going to a nice public place, like a park, beach, boardwalk, tourist site, etc. There will always be new subjects/environments to practice on. And no one will (well, should) be doing or showing anything "intimate". As long as you don't use the photos for commericial gain, they are legal. But if you post them somewhere and the subject asks you to remove it, legally you have to comply.
