12 week workout plan -Tube press Typo?

  IS "Tube" press a typo. This excercise is just a dumbell press. no tube involved at all.

  good catch, thanks. it wasn't a typo, but an incorrectly linked URL. The tube press is actually a tube press. sorry about that! it's now fixed.
