Bulking:
2 burritos each with, 3 eggs, diced sirloin steak, greek yogurt, and spinach, onions.
Oat meal with 1 tsp of honey, cinnamon.
Slice of whole grain bread with natural peanut butter
Orange juice.
Cutting
1.5 to 2 cups or egg whites with spinach and onions.
Sweet potato fries, depending on macros i may cook this in 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
Water
Cook protein pancake recipe
5 egg whites, half cup cottage cheese, half cup oats, 1 tsp vanilla, and cinnamon.
- I like to spread some natural peanut butter on it and use the walden farms syrup.
Make sure u cook it nice and slow. Other wise it'll fall apart.
