I just lost 15 pounds on the last month, SO im skinnier and that kinda sucks since no I look less built. I was not eating thaat much but i never eat a lot anyway. So im kinda confused, cause with all the exams I was really stressed and I was sleeping during the day and I was up all night studying, sometimes I even spent more than 34 hours in a row without taking a nap. Can this make me loose that much weight???? I went down to 160 pounds from 174
