Computerized Workout Plans

    Does anyone have any experience with the on-line computer generated workouts such as found at Men's Health magazine? I'm more motivated to follow a list of directions and numbers, as opposed to a trainer yelling at me to "squeeze out one more".

    I've used the Men's Health Personal Trainer system off and on for a few years and I like it. I had been doing slight variations of the same workout for a long time and the personal trainer program gives me an organized workout and changes it up for me and increases the weight used.
    You have to make sure that you are using proper form, etc. which an an actual trainer would be able to monitor for you, but I found it has been helpful for me.
