In this situation, a cop executed someone with 6+ bullets and left his dead body on side of the road all afternoon.

It is a little difficult to read on some pages as the pdf is of scanned pages of the report.

Having said that, we may yet see an indictment of Wilson. There is substantial evidence and testimony beyond this one document. My bet however is that riots will follow a no bill for Darren Wilson.

Perhaps HottJoe should join black folk to burn down more QuickTrips. :-)
