I posted a message here telling i lost 3kg, well, they are back, and more. The last month were extremely stressful to me, and I started eating to compensate. And than came the holidays, wich fucked up everything even more.

I need help to break those cycles of losing and regaining wheight, i have an awesome diet made by a nutriotinist and have excellent teachers at the gym, but it looks like my emotions don`t let me be thin.
