Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has been to Tiger Muay Thai in Thailand and could offer me some feedback/insider's knowledge. I'm mostly interested in their cross-fit training and BodyFit Bootcamp. I am thinking of going there for a month or two and staying at one of the hotels they suggest off-site. I also hear it's best not to get their meal plan.

I'd also like to do some intro-Muay Thai. I'm almost an absolute beginner to martial arts. But their intro classes seem really elementary, which is what I'm looking for. I'm not looking to ever get into competitive fighting. Just looking for some variety in my workout.
