Lifting Routines...

    I posted this in another thread but figured I do it here (with some advice)...

    I was wondering if anyone has or knows where to get lifting workout routines other than here? I like the ones on here but #1 the all involve tubes to which I hate taking and using at the gym and #2 they are a bit long for me when you include cardio....any advice or other sites would be appreciated!

    Also if you want to share your workout I would love to chat!

    Is there a trainer you trust for advice at your gym? I would bet if you work out at the same gym regularly the trainers have taken note of what you are doing and could offer some quick advice.

    Currently on my cardio days(3x week) I'm doing 2 20 minute sessions on the elliptical, the first session is followed by some terminal knee extensions with scapula raise (2 5lb weights) on a box (20 each leg), slide out push ups (12) and single leg Romanian dead lifts with a 7kg ball(12 each leg), the second round of cardio is followed by band assist pull ups using three different grip positions(6 on each grip), 45 seconds of plank on a medicine ball and 40 rapid step ups on a bosu (each foot), all for 3 sets. Takes about 90 minutes with proper rest and stretching, and I'm burning about 1,200 calories according to my Polar FT80.

    My trainer put this together to mesh with my lifting days when I work out with him.
