Any gay travel groups?

I was looking into whether there are gay travel groups or not, but google didn't turn up much. I spent too long not traveling much, but recently changed that with a trip to Ft. Lauderdale, followed by a ski trip to Colorado this winter. My best buddy and I had planned a few other trips, but he recently started dating someone new, and I can tell I'm already being brushed off. So instead of sitting home, I still want to travel, and thought a gay travel group would be an awesome way to see some different places, and make some new friends. So...any suggestions?

Try Meetup. I joined some groups and one of them is a gay travel group.

I've traveled a couple times with HETravel.com which is a gay owned travel company - there are several others I am aware of but have not used. This company represents a merger of Alyson Adventures (originally bike tours in Europe and Colorado River rafting) and Hans Ebenstein Travel (the original gay owned/oriented travel agency with luxury trips to India, Egypt, Machu Pichu, etc). They do not charge single supplements generally. Source Events is another company based in Florida - both offer trips to Cuba and various points around the world and within USA.

Gay athletic and hobby groups travel together. The LGBTQ rock climbing group that I'm in travel both domestically and internationally. We organize the trips ourselves and get nice airBNB houses that are far more economical and comfortable than hotels. And because we do all the legwork ourselves, we save a lot of money rather than going through a travel agency or other middleman.

Facebook, meetup, and local LGBTQ resource centers have listings for groups near you.

I recently traveled to Goa in an all gay group. I was with 2 of my gay friends and one them is friends with 3 other gays from a different city and and we all merged and planned our trip together. It was awesome.

If you are unable to find a good gay club , you can go to a big gay holiday destination and meet up people there. I met a guy from USA (who is working in Goa now), we met on Grindr and I spent an afternoon with him at a shack on a famous beach. You can always set in your Grindr description that you're visiting and looking to meet people.
