The forums here have many choice of topics.
It's not all about health and fitness, and never has been..
It's a sight of conservatives, and the left, as well mostly off centerd left.
But things are changing, and not just here at RJ.

Wow. That is a bit of a stab in the heart if you aren't expecting it, but how adorable.

I hear a lot about how amazing this site used to be. I can't speak on the past but it doesn't seem that bad now; at least compared to other gay forums. Its not as active as it could be and there's a lot of right-wing spambots but there's still some decent conversations to be had.

The site was quite the discussion board from about 2008 through 2013. It really was awesome and I made some great friends that I still talk to all the time in all parts of the country and beyond. I can say, it probably was the best place for meeting quality fit gay men.

But, people have lives and we all move on, plus we had a dose of people who delivered poison to the forums along about 2013 and that helped to drive
away a number. We all can disagree, but to cause issues for the hell of it wasn't cool and it had an effect. I'm an optimist by nature and positive, so that didn't do much for me.

Clearly the site is still helpful to many, really like the fitness topics and enjoy adding to the forums when I happen to stop in.

Charlitos once mentioned how much this site fell behind the times technologically and he even offered his free time to build a better version of it. The golden age HndsmKansan mentioned coincides with the last hurrah of the personal computer era.
