    Poll: Washington more trusted than Wall Street

    A national poll indicates that when it comes to dealing with the economy, Americans have more confidence in the White House and Congress than Wall Street, the banks or auto executives.

    I am not surprised considering the recent track record of Wall Street investment bankers and the large Banks such as Citigroup and Bank of America.

    Polls should be taken with a grain of salt though. Give the politicians several months of screwing up and the numbers will re-align to their historical norms. icon_twisted.gif
