  Do you guys watch these? I love'em! There is another thread going on now about reforming education which prompted me to post this. Bill Gates gave an excellent talk on the topic (The Education part starts around minute 10) You can even download these to iPods.

  Bill Gates on an iPod? Oh the irony! He doesn't allow his kids to have any Apple devices in his home, though his wife has admitted she kinda likes the iPhone.
  
  Seriously, though. I've caught a few TED talks over the internet. They always offer something of interest. I agree they're worth checking out!

  I have been listening to the podcast for a while now. I love how ordinary people notice things that are right under our noses. my favorite is the gangsta gardener.

  Roomie watches them more than I do. They are great. I enjoy not only the content, but the presentation. Have suggested that several people who speak in public should watch them for developing speaking skills. the variety of topics is cool.
