    Americans are too addicted to automobiles and everything automated. It is even a Herculean task to operate water faucets so they are all automated.

    Portion sizes are way too big. People eat too much and too often. And they are eating too many processed foods.

    Meanwhile, in the rest of the world they are starting to: tax sodas, make cities more walkable and invest in bicycle infrastructure, make it ilegal for snack companies to use animals in their packages, forbid snack companies to advertise to kids, make it ilegal to sell snacks in schools and colleges, force food companies to clearly display their products are high in sugar, fat, or salt, ...

    Meanwhile both the US and Mexico continue to be the most obese countries on earth. Totally unacceptable.
