Bodyweight strength training

    Hey all, for those of you who have a bodyweight strength training routine, would you mind sharing what you do? The minimalism of bodyweight exercises have always appealed to me; especially since I prefer outdoor workouts on the trail and at the beach.

    Right now I do a mix of burpees and handstand pushups (against the cliff at the beach) and also regular pushups and pullups with a doorframe bar at my apartment. I also do frequent hill repeats and sprints for quad and glute development.

    I'm a hard gainer, and while I accept my body type, I'm always looking for new ways to build muscle and keep my routine fresh. Any bodyweight workout ideas welcome. Thanks.
