That’s something bullies like Trump can’t do. It’s one of their defining characteristics.
And BTW, to those now slamming Pelosi’s own physical appearance, she’s not the one taking hydroxychloroquine. For which Trump’s physical CONDITION, not his appearance, would be a contraindication for administering that drug.
She wasn’t merely taking a shot at Trump’s chronically slovenly appearance (although it was a sly way to bring attention to it), but pointing out that medically Trump is not a good candidate for this drug. And certainly not as a prophylaxis, if he really doesn’t have the novel coronavirus.
Additionally, I wonder if Trump’s WH doctor is on shaky professional ground, for prescribing the drug? Physicians are not supposed to prescribe a drug (and one that’s in short supply for its approved purpose), just because a patient wants it, President or not, and contrary to FDA dispensing guidelines.
Also, Pelosi’s “they say” is a lovely dig at Trump using those same words to try to validate his many wild claims. That, and “I’ve heard”, “it’s being said”, “lots of people say”, etc. All empty words that anyone can use without providing proofs of any kind. Love Pelosi sticking it to Trump with his own phrases and tactics.
