    Hey men!

I've never taken any kind of weight loss drug/supplement before, but considering it. I gained a lot of weight during this quarantine time, which sucks!

Decided I'm gonna lay off muscle-building and concentrate on trying to burn off this new flab. Was wondering if there was any safe and effective supplement to take before/during/after my cardio routines?

    Thanks guys! Stay safe!

Phentermine is the only really effective thing but takes a doctor's prescription and because it is a controlled substance, you have to get a blood pressure check every month to re-up. I've used it. Really suppresses your appetite. Intended to be used while you develop a reduced intake, usually portion control, assuming you eat healthy already. Other than that, it's just all stimulants. Which I like. I use Allmax Impact Igniter.

Where have you been? . Paleo/ keto diet will keep you well fed and you will
Lose 5 lbs a week after it kicks in.

Guess what? Apple Cider Vinegar will help raise your metabolism naturally and you will drop excess body fat. It works and with out other chemicals. 1/4 cup in some pomegranate juice every morning, as a part of my intermittent fasting that ends about 12:30 pm for my vegtable lunch!
