My diet continues to be an obstacle to my progress. However I usually buy a nutritious protein shake at the gym after my workout routine. Since I am just getting back into a hopefully consistent routine, I cannot lift like a beast as of yet until my body fully readjusts to a bodybuilding routine or else I could end up injured and sidelined which would make me very crabby and miserable. I need this physical activity to help tamp down on my mild depression and anxiety issues.
