jocked_and_loaded saidI tried it a couple years ago. I was the leanest I ever was. I eventually gravitated toward the Body Opus diet which allowed me two days a week of eating carbs. It was basically Monday through Friday afternoon of eating keto style followed by carb up loading early Friday evening through Sunday. I woul repeat this type of eating every week.
The carbs two days a week help to plump up your muscles and you get super vascular by Sunday. It was a fun way to eat but after a while I got sick of eating every two hours on the weekends. The Body Opus diet has you eating every two hours literally for two days. That means you eat throughout the evening. It gets tiring after a while.

I currently do a combination of Palao, Keto and the Mediterranean-vegetable based diet. I've been ultra
ripped too and I like it, but you really have to be strict with working out and a hardcore diet. I will lean up
again with my tropical work out and diet here in the next few months.
