Some days I stay pumped up all day long and have trouble keeping away from the mirror. Some days I only get pumped during my workout, while still others I have trouble getting a pump at all. Anyone know the reason for this? I wonder if this is related to my diet, my training, or just cycles the body goes through. I don't think it really means much in terms of muscle growth, but I sure enjoy it. What can I do to get this feeling more often?
