Hi guys, I'm fairly new to the world of regular exercise and would love to incorporate swimming into my routine. I swam as a kid so feel comfortable with the strokes, but would love some advice on how to tailor swim workouts besides just randomly swimming laps. Could anyone either offer me some pointers on how they do it, point in the direction of a resource that could, or both? Thanks!
