    Hey all,

I just wanted see what kind of advice I could get from you all about weight loss and muscle building. Pretty much through out my childhood I was always a little over weight. By freshman year of high school I started getting on the right track and losing steady amounts of weight every year. However, I feel victim to the "freshman fifteen" in my freshman year of college which is weird because I didn't even live at school I just worked full-time and went to school full-time so not going to the gym a lot and all that jazz it makes it difficult.

So I'm 19 and now live on my own in Boston. I still work full time but I just took this semester off and going back in January.

I need some good weight loss tips from you guys as well as some muscle building tips since I haven't got much of that either. I'm just looking to thin out a bit and then have something to show for it afterwards if you get what I mean.

Like I said anything you guys can suggest would be fantastic!

    Thanks a bunch!

If you've always been a bit overweight and lately you've put on a bit more
it's going to take a lifestyle change
judging your diet and exercise routine with out you posting one is a bit hard
...but like with everybody else the cals in have to be less than the cals out
that means eating right...less fats and processed carbs
and firin up that old engine... muscle work in the form of exercise
