You're supposed to have a glass before your workout and one after. And one glass in the morning on the days you don't work out. I kind of liked it at first but I'm getting sick of it. I have been lifting more since being on it but I'm not sure if that would have happened anyway. I get it at Wal Mart for about $15.

    You should be aware that the one they sell in Walmart has chromium picolinate (at 200 mcg/serving) which is probably unhealthy (the daily limit has been reduced to something like 50mcg or less.

    Hate the shit. But, as with training routines, diet and music, it's horses for courses.

    However, from what I can glean, pills will do diddly squat, sweet fanny adams, zilch.

    57HandyMan saidHere's something I didn't know about creatine until a bodybuilder/trainer told me. It needs to be fully dissolved into liquid (solution, not suspension) before ingesting. Don't just add water, stir, and slug it down. Let it set a minute until all the solids float down to the bottom and stir again. Keep doing this until most of the solids are fully dissolved and the solution is clear. Some powders will mix better than others depending on how finely granulated they are. If you don't do this, your body won't absorb it and you'll just piss it away.


    That really doesn't make sense that you will just pee it out because urine only comes from your kidneys, meaning everything in your piss was previously absorbed into your bloodstream. If you changed piss to poop it would be plausible.

    I like it. I take NoXplode and it has creatine in it. When I take creatine, it makes me stronger, more energized, the pump is fuller, and most noticeably, I don't get the burning feeling from lactic acid build up.
