    Has anyone here ever had the dream that they could suck themself off? I have and I REALLY love that dream. I wonder if having a rib removed will allow me to make my dream come true. If there are any guys here that can do that I really would love to hear from you.

    Well, the size of your peter helps, but its really all about flexibility. Save yourself a few thousands of dollars removing ribs, and just try yoga or something. (Besides, its much better when someone else does it, trust me...;-))

    Mostly the same here - though I really enjoyed it at the time, and I wrenched my back so badly it hurt for 6 months afterwards.

    There are a lot of um "training instructions" on the internet about this - but I don't think they work unless you are really limber to start with. Or so I've heard.
