First off I'm new, both to the site and to working out in general. This is also my first post (yay icon_biggrin.gif)

But now to the point: I'm home from school on winter break so I dont have access to the gym like I did during school. I was wondering if someone could help me out by giving me or directing me to a home workout plan or something that I could do until I go back to school in the beginning of January?
