So I've got an issue. I do stomach exersices, lots of them, anything people have told me to try I do, but none of it works. It almost never burns or stiffens, and when it does it only at the very top of my stomach.
Does anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong, or what might work?
Any and all help/advice is welcome......

That is a good question, I would like to know the answer to that lol... Two theories though. One do you do excercises everyday? I was told both to and not too u need to rest and let your muscles builld. Also, do you have food allergies? Not only am I battling to get my stomach back to six pack.. I also have alot of food allergies now. Wheat, rice, dairy, mustard, pineapple, peanuts. I cant quit eating all that stuff either soo i get bloaty swell up stomach after I eat. soo i have to battle that as well. I did notice from your pic from what i can see you have no stomach. You need to eat more your muscles feed off fat to get bigger. This is why i joined on here was to get help. I have a really big feeling its out nurtients that is probally beating us down and not getting the results we want.

don't expect Abs to act like any other muscle group in the body...because they're something unto themselves
They are a broad sheet of muscle that's primary purpose is to keep the stomach organs in place
they also aid the body when standing up straight also
getting a burn or stiffness isn't really what you should be after
just be aware that abs need extra attention
every other day or 2x a week ain't gonna cut it
and also if you're doin the same crunches day in day out you're totally wastin your time
Abs need to be fooled quite often...which means different exercises changes around a lot
and finally the clincher is diet - you ain't going to have Visible abs without lowered BF

One thing that may also help (and it's a little hard for some) is to place the emphasis on specific areas of your abs when you work them. Try to visualize where you are placing your effort and attention as you do your ab workout.

When I'm on the ab bench at Golds, I try to isolate and use the lower part of my abs between my navel and... well, you know where. It's a little tough to get this visualization thing going, but will help as you try to isolate the effects of your ab workout, and keep it from just being a broad workout that doesn't really help anything.

    Hope that makes sense.

Work the ab routines that are on here into your daily lifestyle rather than a exercise you you may or may not do. You are so young that your body has just started to "get hard" so just give it some time .
