hey guys,

new member here, I was looking for someone to run/swim/kayak/etc with. I normally run on Tuesdays, sundays and Thursdays at 630 am or earlier as the weather warms up and kayak in palmetto on sundays and would love to have someone to run/swim with. I can provide a pool and some kayaks as well as some routes for normal distances.

I am a strong beginner runner and will improve quickly, as I used to play soccer and run about a 4.5min mile for up to 5-6 miles at a time.

Also, any information on any negative side effects of soy/whey protein powder would be most appreciated.
