Anyone got any advice and encouragement for me. I have been working out REALLY hard to make it shrink! I got a lecture on how I wasnt taking my protein shake. I just got a bit worried that it was what was hindering me.
well if you are eating enough calories then you probably dont need that protin shake you are right.
Use a tool like www.fitday.com to work out what you are eating then go about a diet strategy that meets your training needs and your current eating style ie protein high, carb high. Whatever way you take your macro intake try and keep fat at sub 15% of your intake as you want the body to burn body fat not dietary fat, besides which all fats are calorie dense so what you eat in at wont keep you as full for longer.
