Cardio help.

    Im a lean guy but put on a few extra pounds onto my abs. Tryin to get rid of it. Whats your advice doing cardio. On the cross trainer for 30 minutes each day, doing bout 65/70 max heartbeat. Any one give me advice to get my chiseled look back?

    Eat, small meals, often. Avoid simple sugars except post workout.

    Fuel the furnace.

    Research interval training. Sounds like your intensity is low.

    Thanks Chunckystud. Do you mean if my intensity is low I should increase my time on cardio and increse intensity???
